Same Day Delivery up to 10km of Sydney CBD
$20 Same Day, Free for orders over $500

Same-day delivery service is offered for suburbs within 10kms of Sydney CBD and requires someone to be available to accept the package at the provided delivery address.

Free Same Day Delivery and Express Delivery applies to all domestic orders over $500 AUD.

*Please allow 1-2 business days for dispatch from our warehouse, and a further 2-4 business days for deliveries to regional areas and Western Australia.

Our warehouse is closed over weekends and Australian public holiday periods. Please plan accordingly as orders will not be shipped out on these dates. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

International Express Shipping, 2-10 business days. Free shipping applies to all orders over $1500 AUD. 

Purchases under $1500 AUD will be applied for a flat international shipping rate of $35 AUD. 

Shipping can take anywhere between 2-10 business days. If you’d like it faster, please call or email us and we will be able to provide a quote for a faster service.

DUTIES & TAX

International orders are subject to duties and taxes (DDU) determined by the country to which they are shipped. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient to pay upon delivery and are not included in the product(s) price. It’s important to contact your local customs office for further information and an estimate of these costs before placing your order. If you refuse to pay duties and taxes held on an order by customs, you are responsible for the return shipping charges and/or any other additional charges incurred, in order to receive a refund. Any delay in paying these customs fees will result in a delay in delivery of your order.
