We welcomed friends into our Paris showroom, a 17th-century artist’s loft overlooking the historic Place des Vosges. Seasonal bites by Judith Leclerc included ricotta steeped in fig leaf oil, tsukemono nestled on shiso leaves, and peach kōso with peach kernel liqueur, paired with Burly Gin from Australia’s east coast.
